Hi, I’m Joe Welch. I’ve been a professional photographer since 2005, providing high quality images to real estate and resort clients throughout Florida (especially Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties), the Caribbean and beyond.
My foray into photography began underwater. As a scuba diver for many years, I enjoyed shooting photos of ocean life. Once I surfaced, I began shooting at the opposite extreme – aerial photography of cityscapes and buildings.
Today, the culmination of all my photography experience has leveled off into shooting resorts and high-end residential real estate. I am passionate about creating images that capture a location in its best light to attract buyers and customers.

Focus on the Details
In a photograph, details matter. They create depth, intrigue and authenticity. For that reason, I often choose to do HDR (high dynamic range) photography. It captures ultra-fine details to create the most dramatic images.
HDR also allows me to balance light throughout a shot. For room interiors, that means the windows aren’t over-exposed when you have magnificent greenery or water views you want to show off.
For every shoot, I carefully consider the equipment, technique and composition that will result in the most appealing images.
